Cichic - Never got my 110 euro order!!!!
hello everyone, i would like to inform you about my experience shopping online by CICHIC webstore and as i have seen many more customers had the same one. i ve placed an order on 25/11/16 for some xmas gifts payment has been accepted from my bank account and got no confirmation e mail or tracking number and still havent received anything !!!
will i get my money back?? ???????? ???????
i tried many times to contact them but no answer and even made a new account but stilll nothing. is there any way that someone can help us report them and get our money back or are they just gonna get away with it??

Will never again shop with this company again. I emailed several times.
Never got a response, never received a tracking number either and paid for express shipping what a horrible experience. I'm doing to try to dispute with the credit card company.
