The Worst
Email after email and nothing. They offered to give me half after I send the dresses back to them at my expense.
You imagine that. So I am on every platform warning everyone not to buy from them.
They are so worst and I have never experienced anything like this before. Please don’t buy from them.

Wrong product, Wrong size. Their error, but, I have to cover the expense to rectify it
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER - Worst company ever. Absolute disgrace.
Rip-off Merchants. I was sent the wrong product in the wrong size and all they would do is agree to refund the cost of the item IF I sent it back AT MY OWN EXPENSE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR ERROR. Item cost USD12. Postage cost USD17.
So, very graciously, if I want to spend another USD17 on postage, I can get my USD12 back.
Tried Paypal Customer protection buy they couldn't do anything for me as Chicic had agreed to refund the item only if I sent it back (which they knew I wouldn't because of the cost of freight). This company knows how to play the game with Paypal to leave your stuck with what they've sent you.

I just received my order after 3weeks later
Don’t do Expedited shipping it’s a waste of money
Do not use. Returned item 13th October 2018 still waiting for the larger size to arrive it is 17th December 2018
I would never buy from this company again. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from CiChic they arrived fairly quickly.
They were tiny. I am not a large person a size 10-12 depending. The jeans I ordered were XL they wouldn't fit a 12 year old. I returned the jeans on 13th October 2018.
I sent them proof of postage and tracked the delivery and it arrived in China on 19th October 2018. I still have not received the replacement jeans and I asked for the largest size XXXXL in the hope they will be big enough and if too big at least I can take them in. I am hoping I get the replacement jeans but I have a feeling they will never arrive.
I have emailed them today asking when they posted the replacement jeans back to me and the reply was “Sorry, we have not updated the latest logistics of the package you sent back. Please check carefully if your waybill number is correct, thank you.“
It would appear they are saying they never received my jeans but I am not completely sure what their reply means.

Long time to ship when paid for expedite shipping
So im ordering dresses for my damas (for my quinceñera)and saw the good price for these beautiful dresses so i thought we have to get these and we paid for expedite shipping which is 5-8 days and still havent gotten it we ordered on october 30th and it is currently november 12th and i know its not long but i tracked the orders and it says the same thing for 3 days. I have no idea what to do.
Do i wait or do i ask for a refund? My quince is on december 1st so 19 days and i need them right away!
